Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using GiKi Home (the "App"), operated by Giorgi Charkviani ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
GiKi Home is a household management application that provides tools for meal planning, task management, shared calendar, financial tracking, and pantry/inventory management. The App is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with advance notice.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. Household Data and Shared Access
When you create or join a household, you understand that:
- All household members can view and edit the shared data (meal plans, tasks, finances, inventory).
- Household admins can manage membership and settings.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, including financial figures.
- We are not responsible for disputes between household members arising from shared data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
- Use the App to store or transmit malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or household data.
- Overload or otherwise impair the App's infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and code in GiKi Home are the intellectual property of Giorgi Charkviani unless otherwise noted. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial household management purposes only.
You retain ownership of all data you create in the App (recipes, tasks, financial records, etc.).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Financial data you track in GiKi Home is for personal record-keeping only. It does not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data entered into the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.
